Cleaning rates are determined by the layout, the size of the space (square footage), number of bathrooms, floors, windows, bedrooms etc.
It depends on the cleaning category required. We offer light cleaning, Bath and Kitchen Only packages, top-to-bottom cleaning and time restricted packages.
The normal activity that took place within the space, such as the number of adults, number of children, pets and how long the space was occupied.
All of our house cleaning services are billed hourly. Our packaged start at 2 hours up to 8 hours. Our cleaners are instructed to begin with bathrooms and kitchens first and or any other area or item you prioritize. Our 2-hour minimum is more for maintained homes and apartments. We RECOMMEND more time for a Move Out/Move In cleaning services. Once the maximum hours you have chosen have been reached, the cleaners are obligated to stop even if the entire cleaning checklist has not been completed.
IF YOU'RE A PET OWNER-- we require a minimum of 3 hours with 2 cleaners.
MOVE OUT/IN CLEANING for larger homes almost, always require more cleaning time, especially if its a deep clean. We RECOMMEND a minimum of 3.5 hours/3 cleaners for MOVE OUT CLEANING for larger homes that have 2.5+ bathrooms.
Since our move out/move in cleaning rates are charged by the hour we can not refund nor return to finish any areas that were not completed within the paid timeframe. We can only guarantee that our cleaners will work as fast as possible while still providing quality service for the specified amount of time quoted above. It's best to pay for more time than needed just to make sure everything is address; we'll gladly refund any portions back if it takes less time to complete. We log the time spent in your home, starting from when we arrive at your doorstep until we have said our goodbye.
A thorough move out/move in cleaning can be time-consuming. Our cleaning specialists ARE NOT SPEED CLEANERS were detailed cleaners and it takes time to thoroughly detail clean a resident. We DO NOT guarantee that all items on your priority list will be completed, so it's very important that you list your priority items in order and be precise

Our absolute goal is to make sure all of our customers are happy. If you're a RECURRING, OCCUPIED HOUSE CLEANING CUSTOMER and we missed something during your cleaning visit, please send us an email and we’ll make sure to include it with your visit. In the unlikely event that you experience a less than satisfactory job, we do not give refunds or price reductions as our service is priced hourly.

The amount of gratuity is split equally among the members of the team. PAYABLE BY CHECK MOVE OUT service: The check has to clear before service is commenced. OCCUPIED service: Check is acceptable once on site.
PAYABLE WITH CASH, PLACED INSIDE AN ENVELOPE the day of service and given to the onsite Team Leader.
PAYABLE BY CREDIT CARD-- credit card has to process before the cleaners arrive for service. (to make sure PayPal's holding process has cleared). Pay directly from our website using any major credit card; all credit card payers will receive a payment confirmation receipt through email.
PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE SERVICE IS STARTED; unless it's a credit approved commercial account.
800 to 1000 square feet - 2.5 to 3.5 or more hours
1200 to 1500 square feet - 3.5 to 4.5 or more hours
1500 to 2400 square feet - 3.5 to 4.5 or more hours
2400 to 3200 square feet - 3.5 to 5.5 or more hours
3200 to 3600 square feet - 5.5 to 7 or more hours
3600 to 4200 square feet - 7 to 9 or more hours
Feel free to stay or run errands while the cleaning is being done; although we do ask that you return at least 10 minutes before the time is due to expire - so a house walk-through can be completed while the cleaners are still onsite.
Here's an idea of how long an area or appliance would take to clean:
A single door refrigerator can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours; we remove all compartments, clean, dry and put back into place. A double door refrigerator can take anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Cleaning the Inside & outside of the stove can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. The microwave normally takes about 10-15 minutes. Vacuuming, wiping the inside and outside the kitchen cabinets can take anywhere from 20 minutes up to 1.5 hours. Cleaning a full bathroom can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 to clean. This is just a rough estimate because it simply boils down to the level of cleaning needed - Is it a wipe and go or our we dealing with a deep down, elbow scrub type of cleaning.
