ELECTRONIC CHECK/FUNDS TRANSFER

Zelle® is easy, fast and secure through Fifth Third's mobile app or online banking. It’s Easy: Send money to virtually anyone with no added fees, ALL THEY NEED IS A U.S. BANK ACCOUNT. It’s Fast: Money moves directly from account to account and is available within minutes. It’s Secure: Because you only need an email address (rhrcleaning@hotmail.com) or mobile phone number to send and receive payments, account information is not exposed to users.

Instructions For Setting Up Zelle:
Step 1: Log into the Fifth Third mobile banking app or online banking and tap or click Send money with Zelle.
Step 2: Hit “get started” and simply choose the email address or phone number who would like associated with your Zelle profile.
Step 3: Choose the Fifth Third account you would like to use to send and receive money with.
Step 4: Verify the phone number or email address that you have associated with your account.

PAY ONLINE with any major CREDIT CARD

Click the PAY NOW BUTTON OR TO finance your purchase click the NEW PAYPAL FINANCE BUTTON to pay for your service with an American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or use your PayPal account.

After you click the PAY NOW BUTTON you will be taken to the PayPal secure server for payment information - you will see the "Your order summary" area - enter your invoice amount in the ITEM PRICE field, then click the UPDATE link directly below it. After you click the update, the TOTAL AMOUNT will show. From this point you can choose to pay with a PayPal account or pay using any major credit card.

After you enter your credit card details, near the bottom of the form, ENTER YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME in the "Add special instructions to the seller:" box, then click the PAY button. All credit card payers will receive a payment confirmation receipt through email. PayPal uses state-of-the-art technology providing 100% safe and secure online payment transactions for companies all over the world.

By completing and submitting your payment online you are accepting and becoming a party to the following agreement with RHR Cleaning Services. You agree to pay the selected price for your service order. You authorize RHR Cleaning Services to charge your credit card the amount you enter or give us over the phone and understand that your credit card statement will show your transaction under the name RHR Cleaning, Home Repairs and moving services/RHR Hired Hands Services. NSF checks are billed $35.00 for administrative costs.

CALL US AND PAY BY PHONE USING ANY MAJOR CREDIT CARD

Call us at 614.775.6489, press "0" have your credit card ready to process your payment over the phone and you will receive a payment confirmation receipt sent through email.

OPTION 5

REGULAR MAIL YOUR CHECK

All checks must clear before service is provided. Send payment checks to the address below; please contact us to let us know if you are mailing a check. All checks should be made payable to RHR Cleaning Services. Clients will be responsible for all bank charges resulting from a returned check; NSF checks are billed $35.00 for administrative costs. Mail payment to: RHR Cleaning Services, Post Office Box 247301, Columbus, OH 43224.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

In order to keep your confirmed service, payment is due at least 4 hours before the cleaners are scheduled to arrive; if payment is not made, your service will be automatically cancelled. If it takes less time to clean than the recommended hours, we will gladly refund the unused portion. Cash cannot be accepted (unless you’re tipping the cleaners).
