Residential Construction Cleaning

You remodel and construct it and we'll clean it!

From all stages of remodeling and construction, pre-cleaning to post-cleaning and everything in between!

We provide cleaning services for general contractors servicing the Central Ohio area. Buildings ranging from retail space, education buildings, medical offices, commercial offices, restaurants and residential space. No cleaning job is considered too large or too small for our cleaning crew to handle. A project manger is always onsite to observe from start to finish.

Laundry Services

Add laundry service to any house cleaning package for an additional $18.00 per hour. As we clean your house we'll do your laundry. You provide the laundry detergent, softener, hangers, etc. and let us know where the dirty clothes are kept. The cleaners will wash, dry, fold/hang per your laundry preferences. If no preference is given all washed items will be put in the dryer and folded.

Currently we do not provide service for dry cleaning, bedding or ironing. This service is not available as a pick up and drop off, all laundry is cleaned using your washer and dryer.

Services

We'll work with you and or your loved one to create the services you want and need. We relieve family from day-to-day, non-medical activities that complicate already busy schedules. Whether we are doing the laundry, putting the groceries away, going to the store, the pharmacy or the library, performing house-keeping, providing companionship or assistance with meals, confirming appointments or recreation, we do it in a manner that’s fun, safe and promotes independence and dignity.

Our In-home Care services provides a safety net for families and older loved ones who live in separate parts of the state or country or in the same community. We are a reliable support system to help you feel at peace while you are apart.

Services include but not limited to: Household tasks, Errands, housekeeping and meal prep. Personal care. Bathing, dressing and feeding. Sharing hobbies and lending an ear. Transportation. Trips to appointments and errands. Specialized care and postal mail.

While moving to a new home can be exciting, it can also be stressful. There’s so much to think about during a move. A deep move out cleaning is an important ingredient that has to happen. At RHR Cleaning Services, our move out cleaning will help save you time. Our professional cleaners will take care of all the details for you, allowing you to leave a nice, clean space for a future tenant. .

Our Pet Policy

We love our fur babies, but ALL PETS, FRIENDLY OR AGGRESSIVE, need to be secured away from the area that is to be serviced, to ensure that all goes smoothly while your cleaners are onsite; especially if your pet is aggressive or uncomfortable with strangers. We understand your pets are apart of your family and you love them dearly but to make our cleaners more comfortable, please find a temporary place to put them.

OUR TEAMS ARE INSTRUCTED NOT TO ENTER A LOCATION, if your pets are NOT in a secured place, and or if they believe an animal is a threat or barking. WE CANNOT ENTER YOUR HOME IF NO ONE IS PRESENT AND OR IF dogs are loose. If your pets are not put away we may not be able to provide service, and you may be charged a late cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding concerning our pet owner policy.

CAT LITTER: Unfortunately, we CANNOT USE OUR VACUUMS to vacuum up spilled cat litter, it’s too hard on our vacuums and causes damages.

Products we are abiding by include: As the CDC says diluted household bleach solutions, alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol, and most common EPA-registered household disinfectants are effective. Professionals say the best defense is to use a cleaner with bleach. Rubbing alcohol mixed with dish soap is a good alternative cleaner. The CDC recommends mixing 1/3 cup of bleach per one gallon of water for an effective cleaning solution.

We can provide your residential or commercial setting with complete repairs, improvements and services. Our service is available on an as-need or contract basis.
