Our cleaning services also includes: Handyman services, labor only loading and unloading moving services and carpet and upholstery cleaning. Family Estate Cleaning - We'll provide a team of professional cleaners and skilled handy-men to help relieve the stress and labor of cleaning out a departed loved one’s estate.

Housing Turnovers

Order of Operations

  • The Maintenance Crew - The maintenance crew should begin repair work first.
  • The Paint and Touch up Crew - Not all units need a full paint job, but touch up may be necessary.
  • The RHR Cleaning Crew should come in after the painters.
  • The Carpet Cleaning Crew - this should only happen if EVERYTHING else has been completed. The carpet cleaners will leave nice lines throughout the property, making it more presentable when someone comes to look at it - unit ready to show or rent.
  • RHR Cleaning can handle ALL of your apartment turnover needs - we're your ONE STOP get it done crew!

6 or 12 Month VIP Cleaning Memberships

In our continuing effort to be the most rewarding house cleaning service in Central Ohio, we've developed a VIP Membership Program. Here's how it works: Sign up for our 6-month or 12-month VIP Membership and receive our lowest house cleaning rate - $28. per hour, per cleaner. Good for any house or apartment cleaning service. (Not applicable for commercial and carpet cleaning; campus/college living including dorms, apartments, or houses.)

Enjoy our 12-month VIP membership with a $200 activation fee or enjoy our 6-month VIP membership with a $120 activation fee. VIP Members receive priority scheduling. Privileges and rates may be used towards multiple units and are unlimited to the number of house or apartment cleaning services. Our VIP Membership Program offers our most valuable service.

The VIP Membership Program cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or deal.
